Frasers Broadway

Frasers Broadway

Hughes Trueman is pleased to be involved with this major development, located on the former Carlton United Brewery site. Covering 5.8 hectares of land in inner Sydney, this $2 billion development will be a mix of apartments, offices, shops, restaurants and open space.

Hughes Trueman has provided assistance on the Frasers Broadway project during the initial project due diligence period, preliminary investigation phase and subsequent submissions to the Dept of Planning for Part 3A approval of the Project Masterplan and subsequent planning approvals.

Additionally, Hughes Trueman undertook the Infrastructure Masterplanning for this site. This involved the preparation of Stormwater Quantity Management Report and a preliminary Stormwater Quality Management Strategy for the site. Site grading has been a critical issue to ensure that external overland flows can be properly accommodated within the site.

Hughes Trueman has subsequently been appointed as Civil Engineers for the project responsible for the design of bulk excavation works, site grading, stormwater and roadworks.
